Boiler specifications: Type, capacity, operating temperature, and existing flue gas conditions. Emission standards: Your local regulations and target emission limits. Our engineers use this data to create customized solutions, ensuring optimal performance and long service life for your application.

What are the typical efficiencies of your dust removal (electrostatic precipitators/bag filters) and desulfurization/denitrification systems?

Our systems are meticulously designed for high performance and meet international emission standards. Dust Removal (Electrostatic Precipitators): Efficiency up to >99.8%. Dust Removal (Bag Filters/Fabric Filters): Efficiency typically >99.9%. Desulfurization (Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization/Dry Calcium Injection Desulfurization): Sulfur dioxide removal efficiency typically >99%. Denitrification (Selective Catalytic Reduction/Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction): Nitrogen oxide removal efficiency varies from 70% to over 90% depending on the technology (Selective Catalytic Reduction or Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction).
