Working Principle
The dusty gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet through the uniform distributor. Part of the large particle dust in the gas is separated by inertial force and falls directly into the ash hopper. The coarsely filtered gas passes through the ash hopper and enters the filter bag area of the bag filter. When the gas passes through the filter bag, dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth and is discharged at the air outlet.
With the extension of filtration time, the dust layer on the filter bag continuously thickens and the pressure rises continuously. When the pressure rises to the set value, the dust cleaning device begins to clean the dust. The solenoid pulse valve opens, and the compressed air rapidly expands in the upper box and pours into the filter bag in a very short time. The expansion deformation of the filter bag causes vibration, and the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is stripped off and falls into the ash hopper under the action of the reverse blow scouring. After the dust cleaning, the solenoid pulse valve closed, and the chamber resumed its normal filtration state. Each chamber is carried out in turn, and the period from the first chamber to the next chamber is a cycle. Dust falling into the ash hopper is generally sent to the ash warehouse by pneumatic conveying system for centralized treatment.

For the HLCDM long-bag low-pressure pulse dust collector, it is normally recommended to use the off-line ash cleaning method. Off-line ash cleaning means dividing the dust collector into several chambers. An independent off-line valve control system is installed on the clean air chamber of each chamber. Before ash cleaning of each chamber, the chamber is sealed through the off-line valve, so that ash cleaning can be carried out in this chamber without flue gas filtration. Therefore, the off-line ash cleaning dust collector can clean ash more thoroughly, is less likely to cause secondary adsorption, and allows on-line maintenance. The disadvantages are that the addition of the off-line mechanism leads to a high cost, increases the cost and the number of potential failure points, and also increases the mechanical resistance. Ash cleaning has an impact on the flue gas fluctuation. Since the filter area of one chamber is often in the off-line state and does not participate in filtration, the entire filter area cannot be fully utilized. For situations with a large air volume and high customer requirements, an off-line ash cleaning dust collector is designed. The off-line ash cleaning dust collector can not only perform off-line ash cleaning but also realize two switchable ash cleaning functions of off-line and on-line ash cleaning. It can also achieve the functions of on-line ash cleaning and off-line maintenance.
