PTFE Filter Bag 


Filter bag materials:

1.PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) material: Generally suitable for complex flue gas conditions, such as the flue gas after incineration of garbage, solid waste, hazardous waste, etc. The flue gas components from garbage, solid waste, hazardous waste incinerators, etc. are complex and the conditions are harsh, so pure PTFE is selected. Filter bags made of polytetrafluoroethylene are made of a unique material. Under continuous operating temperature of 240°C and instantaneous temperature of 260°C, they can resist acid - base corrosion in the entire pH range, especially hydrofluoric acid and various complex components. Polytetrafluoroethylene synthetic fiber filter bags have excellent self - lubrication, do not absorb moisture, and can withstand ultraviolet radiation. However, the wear resistance of PTFE fiber filter materials is average, so there are relatively strict requirements for the smoothness of the filter bag cage frame. The main technical parameters of PTFE filter bags are: 100% PTFE fiber, 100% PTFE base fabric, 750g/m² grammage, 1.1mm thickness, continuous operating temperature of 240°C, and instantaneous operating temperature of 260°C.

2. Expanded glass fiber (high - silica modified coated): Most widely used in industrial boilers; suitable for industrial boilers such as biomass boilers and coal - fired boilers, as well as ordinary kilns. It has high temperature resistance, resistance to sparks, is not affected by the oxygen content, can adapt to large load changes, has good acid resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance, waterproof and oil - proof performance, non - stickiness, good air permeability, low resistance, low ash - cleaning pressure, and low energy consumption. Especially for the hot particles and sparks generated instantaneously, the filter material will not be burned or ignited. Expanded glass fiber (high - silica) is a comprehensive filter material with the best performance in all aspects. It can withstand a long - term temperature of 260°C and an instantaneous temperature of 280°C, and has particularly excellent oxidation resistance (For power station boilers with a reference oxygen content of 6% and an actual oxygen content of 6%, PPS filter bags can be selected; but for industrial boilers with a reference oxygen content of 9% and an actual oxygen content of 12 - 14%, high - silica is selected). It has high filtration accuracy and can separate dust of 0.1um. It has a very good collection effect on PM10 (inhalable dust) and PM2.5 (respirable dust) which are seriously harmful to health, and can ensure an environmental emission concentration of less than 5mg/nm³.

3. PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) material: Suitable for power station boilers.

4. FMS containing 20% PODLEN and 20% aramid: Suitable for industrial boilers burning coal and biomass.

 

After selecting the filter bag material, the dust emission concentration of the filter bag should be selected according to the environmental standards required by the owner. If the standard requirement is 50mg, choose a 30mg filter bag; if the standard requirement is 30mg, choose a 20mg filter bag; if the requirement is 20mg, choose a 10mg filter bag; if the requirement is 10mg, choose a 5mg filter bag.
