Working Principle
The dusty gas is introduced tangentially from the lower part of the cylinder and rotates upward. The dust particles are separated by centrifugal force and thrown to the inner wall of the cylinder. Adsorbed by the water film layer flowing on the inner wall of the cylinder, it flows to the bottom of the tower along with the film and is discharged through the overflow port. The water film layer is hung down along the cylinder wall after the water tank on the upper part of the cylinder is full and overflows, and is fully mixed with the rotating flue gas for washing, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal effect.

1、How long is the service life of the equipment? Is it corrosion-resistant?
Our Model HXL water film tower adopts double protection of natural granite lining + acid-resistant and impermeable castable. Under normal operating conditions, the service life of the whole machine exceeds 10 years, which is more than 3 times that of traditional iron dust collectors!
2、Will the overloaded operation of the boiler affect the equipment?
Yes, it will. When the boiler is overloaded, the flue gas velocity will be too high, which will damage the stability of the water film.
If the induced draft fan is too large, it will exceed the processing capacity of the equipment, causing the "air penetration" phenomenon and reducing the removal dust efficiency.
Suggestion: Avoid long - term overloaded operation. If necessary, the air volume can be adjusted by installing an air valve or the fan can be transformed with frequency conversion to achieve a win - win situation of energy saving and high efficiency.
3、Will dust accumulation affect the equipment? How often should it be cleaned?
