Principle of HXTD Multi Cyclone Dust Collector

The HXTD multi cyclone dust collector belongs to the cyclone type dust collector. When the dusty gas enters the cyclone guide in parallel in the box, it rotates at high speed in the cyclone cylinder. It is under the action of centrifugal force, dust separation, dust falls in the ash bucket, discharged by the ash valve. The purified gas forms an updraft and is discharged through the outlet of the gas collecting chamber through the exhaust pipe to achieve dust removal effect.

The HXTD multi cyclone dust collector is suitable for high and low temperature dust produced in power station boilers, industrial boilers, biomass boilers, kilns, hot air furnaces, workshops and other situations. It is especially suitable for pre-dedusting of sintering machine, pulverized coal furnace, circulating fluidized bed furnace, thermal oil furnace, fluidized bed furnace and biomass boiler with high initial concentration.
