Multi-tube dust collector - Model 360

The HXTD multi cyclone dust collector belongs to the cyclone type dust collector. When the dusty gas enters the cyclone guide in parallel in the box, it rotates at high speed in the cyclone cylinder. It is under the action of centrifugal force, dust separation, dust falls in the ash bucket, discharged by the ash valve. The purified gas forms an updraft and is discharged through the outlet of the gas collecting chamber through the exhaust pipe to achieve dust removal effect.

Support

According to the size of dust particle size and dust collection efficiency, we can choose different cyclones to make multi cyclone dust collector, or customize cyclones according to customers' requirements.

Principle of HXTD Multi Cyclone Dust Collector

The HXTD multi cyclone dust collector belongs to the cyclone type dust collector. When the dusty gas enters the cyclone guide in parallel in the box, it rotates at high speed in the cyclone cylinder. It is under the action of centrifugal force, dust separation, dust falls in the ash bucket, discharged by the ash valve. The purified gas forms an updraft and is discharged through the outlet of the gas collecting chamber through the exhaust pipe to achieve dust removal effect.

The HXTD multi cyclone dust collector is suitable for high and low temperature dust produced in power station boilers, industrial boilers, biomass boilers, kilns, hot air furnaces, workshops and other situations. It is especially suitable for pre-dedusting of sintering machine, pulverized coal furnace, circulating fluidized bed furnace, thermal oil furnace, fluidized bed furnace and biomass boiler with high initial concentration.

Characteristics of HXTD Multi Cyclone Dust Collector

1. Wide range of application, suitable for collection and treatment of all kinds of dry dust;

2. Flexible design, large air volume, site location can be designed separately according to the site conditions;

3. High dust collection efficiency, the efficiency of trapping fine dust with particle size of 5 microns can reach more than 95%;

4. Ceramic cyclone has advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, not blocked;

5. Multi cyclone dust collector can be used as flame arrester for biomass boiler, effectively avoiding the loss caused by burning bags on spark;

6. Multi cyclone dust collector has a simple structure and stable operation. Compared with cloth bag and ESP, it has less investment and no operation and maintenance cost.

As a pre - dust collector and spark catcher, for the ceramic multi - tube dust collector, the 360 - type is selected for biomass boilers and coal - fired boilers. Regardless of how high the inlet temperature is, the air volume is calculated according to the boiler tonnage × 3000m³/h without magnification. When the multi - tube dust collector is used in biomass boilers, when installing the ceramic tubes, it is necessary to consider using perlite filler and pouring it to the inlet. Without the pouring material, the dust in the box below the inlet will continuously float.

Why does the ceramic tube actually matter in a multi-cyclone dust collector?

Straight up: It keeps the system alive. Seriously. Without it, fine dust swirls everywhere, and your collector coughs and sputters.

I’ve installed these tubes in biomass boilers and coal-fired furnaces. Hot, abrasive smoke. High-speed dust. And yet, the ceramic tubes just shrug it off. Air flows smooth. No clogs. Minimal cleaning. It’s almost boring how well they work—if you’re used to fighting clogged collectors, that is.

Here’s the kicker: the tubes don’t just sit there. They guide the dust in each cyclone, making separation way more efficient. You throw in a little perlite filler at the inlet during installation, and the system hums like it was made yesterday. No drama. No constant monitoring. Just steady, reliable performance.

Honestly, for any multi-cyclone dust collector handling high-temp or high-dust environments, these ceramic tubes are the difference between a headache and a system that actually behaves.
