Working principle: When the gas containing mist flows through the demister at a certain speed, due to the inertial impact of the gas, the mist collides with the corrugated plates. The collected droplets are so large that the gravity they generate exceeds the combined force of the upward force of the gas and the surface tension of the liquid, and the droplets separate from the surface of the corrugated plates. The multi - folded structure of the wavy demister plates increases the chance of capturing the mist. The mist that has not been removed will be captured by the same action at the next bend.
Main structure: It includes the tube bundle cylinder, separator, confluence ring, guide ring, as well as nozzles, pipes, etc.
