Ammonia flue gas desulfurization is one of the commercial desulfurization methods in the world. It can be applied to a wide range of coal, with a desulfurization efficiency of up to 95-99% and a high absorbent utilization rate. It is a wet flue gas desulfurization process in which amino substances are used as absorbers to remove sulfur dioxide from flue gas and recover by-products (such as ammonium sulfate, etc.), which can realize resource recovery and utilization.
The absorbent ammonia water is mixed with the absorbent liquid into the absorber, and the ammonium sulfite formed by absorption is oxidized to ammonium sulfate solution at the bottom of the absorber. Ammonium sulfate solution is concentrated and crystallized by flue gas waste heat or by multi-effect evaporator, and the crystallized slurry generated is pumped into a centrifuge to obtain solid ammonium sulfate (about 10% water content), and then into the dryer. After drying, the finished product is put into the silo for packaging, and then the finished product ammonium sulfate fertilizer can be obtained.

1.The spray system of the coal-fired boiler is set with three layers, two layers of mist eliminators, and three layers of backwashing. The spray system of the biomass boiler is set with two layers, two layers of mist eliminators, and three layers of backwashing. The spray layers use FRP pipes paired with SIC nozzles, which have both anti-corrosion and wear-resistant properties. The possible corrosion impact of chloride ion enrichment in the system on metal components, especially stainless-steel components, is fully considered to ensure the stable operation of the system.
2.The mist eliminator adopts a design combining two layers of baffles and three layers of flushing, which significantly enhances the mist-removing effect, effectively reduces the moisture content of the flue gas entering the wet electrostatic precipitator, and further improves the charging efficiency and dust collection effect.
