Limestone/limegypsum desulfurization is the main flue gas desulfurization technology. Applicable to a wide range of coal, desulfurization efficiency up to 95-99%. The absorbent utilization rate is high and the equipment operation rate is high. Easy to control scaling and blocking, abundant and cheap absorbent.
Lime stone is crushed and ground into powder and mixed with water to form absorbent slurry. When lime is used as absorbent, lime powder is digested and added with water to make absorbent slurry.
In the absorber, the slurry contacts with the flue gas. Sulfur dioxide in the flue gas is removed when it reacts with calcium carbonate (calcium oxide) in the slurry and the oxygenated air pumped in. This part of the gypsum slurry is discharged through the gypsum slurry pump into the gypsum dehydration system. The dehydration system mainly includes gypsum hydrocyclone (as the first stage dehydration equipment), slurry distributor and vacuum belt dehydrator. The final reaction product is gypsum, which can be used comprehensively according to the need.

Desulfurization tower anti - corrosion
1. The common scale resin lining has a lining thickness of 3mm.
2. After lining the carbon steel with fiberglass, 30mm granite is pasted. The total thickness after completion is 40mm. This is the company's main anti - corrosion process, with a service life of more than 30 years. The drawback is that it cannot be used in the presence of hydrofluoric acid.
3. It is made of pure fiberglass. The price varies greatly depending on the temperature. It is more reasonable to use fiberglass when the temperature is below 180 degrees Celsius, and the anti - corrosion effect is quite good.
