Refinement treatment of the internal anti-corrosion layer of the tower body

1. Grinding, sandblasting and derusting of carbon steel tower after completion;

2. The tower is fully covered with 5mm thick FRP anti-corrosive layer;

3. Special high-strength resin cement coating;

4. 30mm natural granite lining is adopted, temperature resistance is 200°C, service life is designed for 30 years.

Characteristics

1. More contact area and contact time between the connection of gas and liquid;

Sodium alkali method is based on sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide and other alkaline solution as absorbent, absorbing SO2 in flue gas, producing sodium sulfite and sodium bisulfite solution. In the case of insufficient alkalinity of circulating water, the alkali liquor is supplemented, which is converted into alkaline sodium sulfite absorption liquid and sent back to the absorption tower for circulation use. Because it uses sodium alkali liquor as the absorption fluid, there is no scaling and slurry blocking problem, and sodium salt absorption rate is faster than calcium salt rate, the required liquid-gas ratio is low, can save power consumption. After circulating slurry circulates for a period of time, part of circulating slurry should be drained out and process water should be added to avoid water crystallization caused by saturation of circulating slurry concentration.

 

Advantages and disadvantages of the sodium alkali method: The process is simple, the operation is convenient, and the project cost is low. However, the difficulty of back - end water treatment is relatively large, and the operating cost is generally not much different from that of the limestone - gypsum method.
Others: Magnesium oxide method: It is not much different from the sodium alkali method. Its activity is lower than that of sodium alkali, and the liquid - gas ratio is 1:3.5 - 4.5L/m³.
